TigerOps Founded
Jothiram Selvam and Fizer Khan founded TigerOps with a clear mission: eliminate the toil of production operations using agentic AI. The initial product focused on unified observability with built-in intelligence.
AI SRE Agent & Early Customers
Launched the AI SRE Agent in private beta — an autonomous agent capable of detecting, diagnosing, and remediating production incidents without human intervention. First 100 customers onboarded.
The Agentic Observability Platform
General availability of the full Agentic AI Observability Platform — covering metrics, traces, logs, dashboards, alerts, and autonomous remediation. Customers reported 80% reduction in MTTR.
