How does per-host pricing work?
A "host" is any physical server, virtual machine, or cloud instance running the TigerOps agent. Kubernetes nodes count as hosts. Serverless functions and containers do not count as separate hosts.
Can I mix Free and Pro hosts?
No — the plan applies to your entire workspace. However, you can create multiple workspaces for different environments. Your first 5 hosts are always free regardless of plan.
What happens when I exceed the log ingestion limit?
On the Free and Pro plans, excess logs are dropped and you'll receive an alert. On Enterprise, we work with you to set dynamic limits. You can also purchase add-on log packs.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — all Pro features are available on a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, unused hosts revert to the Free plan.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and save ~14% compared to monthly billing. You can add hosts mid-cycle; the overage is prorated and billed at the next renewal.
What is the AI SRE Agent?
The AI SRE Agent is an autonomous agent that monitors your systems, detects incidents, identifies root causes, and executes pre-approved remediation actions — like restarting services, scaling deployments, or rolling back releases — without requiring human intervention.
